Order Schedule

Orders placed by 1PM CT will be shipped the same day.

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number once your order is shipped.

Business days are from Mon-Fri. We are closed on weekends and holidays. We only ship within the United States.

Free USPS Shipping with a minimum purchase of $75. 

Replacements

Both USPS & UPS may not update your tracking number. However, most packages are nevertheless delivered. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

We do not guarantee that we will be able to help with requests to exchange products that have been purchased by consumers due to personal errors. Please ensure that you have selected the desired product.

**Please keep in mind that weather conditions and holidays may significantly affect delivery times. Please contact UPS or USPS if you have questions regarding these matters.

If your order was damaged during the shipping process, please let us know. We will create a return label for you to return the damaged product, and will send you a replacement once the damaged item is on its way. However, the item must be unused.

Shipping costs

Shipping charges are non-refundable.  We cover the costs of shipping, handling, and delivery whether or not you receive your order or choose to return it.  These costs are essential to our business operations, and therefore not included in refunds.

RESTRICTED STATES

We cannot ship our kratom products to Alabama, Arkansas, Indiana, Rhode Island, Vermont, Wisconsin and in these counties – Sarasota County (Florida), San Diego (California), Union County (Mississippi), and in the following towns and cities – Alton, Edwardsville County & Jerseyville (Illinois), Oceanside (California), Ontario (Oregon), Franklin City (New Hampshire), and Denver, Parker and Monument (Colorado). 

We DO NOT and WILL NOT ship outside of the United States.

We do not ship to the following areas where there is a ban on kratom ALABAMA, ARKANSAS, INDIANA, RHODE ISLAND, VERMONT, WISCONSIN. SARASOTA COUNTY, UNION COUNTY, MALHEUR COUNTY, SAN DIEGO CA, CITY OF OCEANSIDE,CA, JERSEYVILLE IL, ALTON IL, AND COLUMBUS MS.

We proudly use UPS for their reliability and punctuality. Our shipping hours are 9AM-1PM CT Monday- Friday. We are closed weekends! Please note there are NO REFUNDS due to weather delays.
