They did nothing for me! I kept increasing the dosage every night up to 6 capsules that are extremely hard to swallow because they are to large for me. I will not order again.Grateful that they did not cost me a lot of money.

This was a great deal, 3 bottles of my favorite strain .Very good quality , and fast shipping ! I have been getting powders and mixing them in tea etc. but the capsules are a great option at a good price .Borneos seem to work really well for me .
