At Kratom Krush we are so confident in our products that we provide a 45-day 100% money back guarantee on the product if you’re not completely satisfied. 

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange 

Email us at contact@kratomkrush.com, and include: 

1. Name and order number

2. Clear photos of the product

3. Specify the issue 

4. Whether you want a refund or exchange

Upon instruction, kindly send back the product with at least 3/4 of the content still inside, in its original packaging, and untampered. The customer is responsible for the return label, unless the error is caused by us (wrong or damaged product). No restocking fee is charged.

The refund is issued upon the arrival of the product at the warehouse, and usually takes 5-10 business days to be deposited back into the same account that was initially charged. Meanwhile, for product exchanges, we will ship the replacement product once the item arrives at the warehouse.

Kratom Krush reserves the right to deny return requests from anyone who we believe is taking advantage of the customer guarantee by requesting an unusually large amount of refunds. 

In the event that a customer refuses a delivery without a valid reason or the agreement between customer and us, customers will be responsible for either a restocking fee (20% of purchase price) or the shipping cost, whichever is greater, for refused deliveries.

Kratom Krush is in no way obligated to return or exchange packages which have been sent to the warehouse without notice.

Contacting our customer service team after the 45 day period will result in denial of an exchange or refund, even if the product is damaged or defected. We reserve the right to make exceptions.
